Last updated: August 2, 2026. This page explains what Stockled collects and why, in a format similar to Apple App Store privacy labels. It is not legal advice.
Where your data lives
This version of Stockled stores accounts, predictions, survey answers, and profile settings in your browser’s local storage on this device. We do not operate a shared cloud user database. Clearing site data deletes your local account and history.

Tracking, advertising, and sale of data
Stockled does not sell personal data. This site does not include third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking. Market quotes are requested through our Finnhub proxy so the API key is not exposed in the browser.
Apple App Store–style summary
- Contact Info: email (account)
- User Content: predictions, optional survey answers, avatar
- Identifiers: username / local account key
- Usage Data: game scores and pick history on device
- Diagnostics: not collected by Stockled itself beyond normal browser behavior
Data is used for App Functionality and (if you opt into the survey) Product Personalization / analytics for improving the game — not for Third-Party Advertising.
Your choices
- Skip the optional survey when creating an account.
- Turn on Anonymous in Settings.
- Remove your avatar or change your display name anytime.
- Delete local data via your browser’s site settings, or email hello@stockle.app for help.
Children
Stockled is designed to be easy enough for learners, but accounts and survey answers should only be created with a parent or guardian’s guidance if you are under 13 (or the applicable age in your region).
